Who decides

For the marketing site, HRFlow decides why demo details are used. For employee and candidate records, your company decides the purpose. HRFlow processes that data only to provide the product.

Your rights

You can ask for a summary of personal data, correction, erasure, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You can nominate someone to exercise these rights. Email privacy@hrflow.com.

If the data is in your employer’s HRFlow workspace, contact your employer first. We will help them respond. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Where data lives

Production customer data is hosted in India. We do not move it outside India unless the customer agreement and applicable law allow it, and we say so in advance.
